Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Professional Development

The Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion provides a range of professional development opportunities for the campus community. Informed by current research, educational experiences, and relevant times, our professional development offerings are built to ensure an environment that is welcoming and respectful for conversations around diversity, inclusion and equity.

Leading with Inclusion

One of our campus initiatives is to provide faculty and staff customized annual UNITE training to provide and share the given tools and resources within their own units and staff across campus. This provides employees to be leaders in sharing tools and starting much-needed conversations in relation to inclusion across a broad range of identities.
